I have been a freelance graphic designer since 1996. I have worked with many clients for several years and enjoy the personal relationships that develop as we work together over time.
Before 1996 I worked for multiple local government agencies, most recently in the public outreach program of the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District. In this job I developed print materials, community presentations, special events, web sites, and provided editorial and graphics support for technical staff. I was also responsible for responding to inquiries from the public, media, business owners, and elected officials.
I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics. I continued my education in art at Santa Barbara City College and the Graphic Design and Visual Communication Program at UC Santa Barbara Extension. I was a part of the Leadership Santa Barbara Class of 1994.

“Megan is a consummate graphic artist who makes it possible for me to approach every new graphic project for my company with complete confidence. She is heavenly to work with, always willing to make changes on the rare occasion that her vision doesn't line up perfectly with mine. She is creative, timely, personable which makes her a great value. It's great to have such a wonderful relationship with someone so important to my company! I can't recommend her highly enough!”
